 A Shower Panel Worth Buying

Finally! A shower panel that is worth the money!
What is good:
- The looks – simply superb; goes with any decor.
Mine was glass and chrome – and hence this was a no brainer
Unlike other made-in-China units, the handles are elegant as are the sumbols on the panels
- The water flow. Simply love the flow from the rain shower head
- The hand-held shower massage unit. Nice, stylish, strong yet lightweight, many settings, high waterflow if required – long hose
- The body sprays – finally a shower panel where the body sprays work!!
Love the mist setting… the massage setting is pretty good as well
- Has a tub spout; few shower panels have that!
- The entire unit is actually quite light, but where it matters – the valves, hoses, are heavy, durable construction
- It was a breeze to mount
- Love the separate holder for hanging the hand-held
- Service:
– One of the body spray units was broken when the unit arrived.
I called their customer service, and they were prompt and courteous.
Drove down to Watsonville – and they replaced it free of charge and even gave me a few extra filters 
What is bad:
- The body sprays are made from very light plastic; so be careful when mounting the unit
- There is not much room between the body sprays and the handles of the main valve – so it is difficult to wipe down (if you live in a hard water area – that is a must)
- I did not care too much for the mirror and the glass shelf. Albeit useful, I am sure the unit would have been more elgant without them

Definitely worth a purchase

This item was purchased as a replacement for an AWFUL unit I originally bought at [...] in an attempt to save some money. That was a huge mistake. After going through a return process with Overstock, I bought the pulse showerspa, but I was nervous. Thankfully, my nervousness was completely unnecessary. This unit is put together extremely well and works great. I was even able to get PULSE on the phone when I had some questions about the unit before purchase and it’s nice to know that there’s a human being out there I could talk to if necessary.

Full Featured Shower Tower

I bought this PULSE Showerspas 1013 for my daughter’s house. They had a single lever shower control that was leaking badly and was old and obsolete. The tub surround was ceramic tile that would have some damaged tiles after the retrofit of any new arrangement. This unit mounted so that all of the holes in the existing tiles were completely covered by the flat surface of the tower unit. The plumbing and installation instructions were easy to understand and the unit works flawlessly. In order to mount the unit so that the tub filling spout was not too high, the shower head would have been a little low for my son-in-law who is quite tall. We solved that problem by using one arm from the previous shower head as an extension to the arm that came with the unit. It fit perfectly without any alterations and allowed the shower head to be raised near the ceiling of the tub/shower area. We especially like the ability to use all of the outlets at one time. Some other towers require one to select between body spray, hand held device, or shower head.
